Il Sentiero International Campus is an Italian industrial research center, based in Schio, Castelvetro and Modena.
The technical and scientific skills of our researchers cover different areas: at the Schio and Modena sites we deal with Joint Technologies, Design and Rapid Prototyping and Reliability Engineeringwhile at the Magreta site the specializations concern Surface Engineering and Additive Manufacturing (3D printing).
Combining engineering knowledge and materials expertise, we offer innovative solutions to enable companies to achieve their goals in terms of advanced technologies, eco-friendly product performance and cost reduction of production processes. Over the years we have provided consultancy to companies in the food, pharmaceutical, environmental, logistics and mining sectors and have participated in numerous funded projects in the biomedical, hydrogen and sustainability fields.
The researchers and engineers at Il Sentiero International Campus deal with the design of systems, special equipment, construction of test benches, integrated systems for the study of reliability and maintenance methodologies, machines for testing materials and components for wear and corrosion, projects and prototyping activities in the industrial sector for process-product development programs. Furthermore, they draft and coordinate specific research projects relating to international, European, national and regional calls for proposals. An important activity is the training of qualified professionals.
We have the most advanced technologies and instruments at our disposal, from microscopes to 3D printers, from scratch testers to tribocorrosimeters, just to name a few.
